SHIPPING & HANDLING
There is no minimum for orders placed online.
DELIVERY COSTS & OPTIONS
Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $10.00. This fee is automatically processed at the point of placing your order and is reflected on your invoice.
For orders over $100 shipping is free.
You have the option of choosing Express Shipping for your order for a flat fee of $15 regardless of your spend.
Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to, or cancelled.
All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified with your tracking number.
We do not post to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.
Handling times from order placement to dispatch is 3-5 business days.
Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria hence any Victorian Public Holidays may result in delays.
We offer two different methods of shipping:
- Standard Australia Post eParcel with Tracking
FREE on orders $100 or over.
$10 Standard Fee for orders under $100.
- Express Australia Post eParcel with Tracking
$15 Express Shipping Fee for all orders regardless of the order amount.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We are unable to process split shipments within one order currently. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
We endeavour to process and dispatch all online orders within 3-5 business days from the order being placed, unless otherwise stated.
Following dispatch, you will be notified via email with a tracking number.
Please note: During peak periods (Sales, Public Holidays, or the day after Public Holidays), dispatch times may be longer.
You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed.
Tracking of purchases/orders is the sole responsibility of the customers. You can track your order at www.auspost.com/track/
If you are unable to locate your tracking number after checking with Australia Post, or if you have any questions about your shipped order please Contact Us and our Customer Service team will assist you with your enquiry.
SECURE PARCEL DELIVERY/AUTHORITY TO LEAVE (ATL)?
To minimise the risk of contracting or spreading COVID-19, all deliveries (at your delivery address or at the Post Office) will no longer require a signature.
Upon receipt of your tracking number, you can request Authority to Leave you parcel via Australia Post : https://auspost.com.au/receiving/manage-deliveries-in-transit/leave-in-a-safe-place
If you do not choose the ATL option and a delivery is attempted while nobody is home Australia Post will leave you a card to take to the specified post office where you can then sign for your new items and take them home.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
