RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great pride in our reputation for quality, and we will provide your Zarifa’s Collection online purchase with an exchange on full priced items only. Sale items are final and exchange and refunds will not be issued unless required by law
Exchanges will only be offered where:
the goods are in their original condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact;
the goods have not been worn, damaged or washed;
the goods are lodged for a return within seven working days of receiving date;
the Zarifa’s Collection return procedures are followed (through our returns centre)
All exchanges are subject to availability. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you do require an exchange you will need to pay for the Shipping costs; inbound (postage back to us) and outbound (postage for the exchanged item sent to you). Please also read Return Shipping Terms.
Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund at our discretion for items that:
are faulty by manufactures fault (unless caused by you);
have been wrongly described;
are different to the goods that you ordered.
Returns must be returned to Zarifa’s Collection within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this period will not be accepted. If a refund is approved, the refund will be applied to the original payment method used. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Please note sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for an exchange or refund unless deemed faulty, in which case they must be assessed before an exchange or refund is offered.

Please note that returns will be rejected if you submit for a refund on sale items. If requesting an exchange please specify the product you wish to exchange for.
The above policy only applies to the Zarifa’s Collection Online Store. Zarifa’s Collection stores are not able to accept returns on items purchased Online. Similarly, purchases made in stores cannot be returned to the Online Store. Online returns must be actioned through the returns centre; _______________
For purchases made in Zarifa’s Collection stores, no refunds unless required by law; Returns must be made within 7 days for either credit note or exchange, with proof of purchase. Returned garments must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. No refunds on sale items unless faulty or required by law. Sale items must be chosen carefully as there are no returns permitted on sale items.
Return shipping must be prepaid via a traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Zarifa’s Collection takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries. Return shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you request for an exchange you will need to pay for ALL shipping costs inbound & outbound.
Zarifa’s Collection will reimburse any reasonable document shipping charges for return of goods that have been deemed faulty.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns purchased online through our boutiques or concessions and vice versa. The following items are non-refundable/exchangeable for other items: lingerie, swimwear, shoes, hosiery, jewellery, accessories, or sale items.

Fill in the details and follow the prompts. Once your return is lodged you will be notified of our decision within 24-48 hours if lodged on business days (Monday - Friday) and respective return instructions if your case is approved.
